Margherita Dal Pra started her yoga journey 24 years ago when the practice of the discipline wasn't as widely know as it is nowadays. This leads her to move to London and to open her own private studio where she could share and spread her knowledge.
Margherita is quite well versed in technology, and this helped through the years to understand the importance of digital marketing. Thanks to her website she managed to become fairly known locally. She likes to always keep up to date and that's what brought her to contact me, knowing that her website was in need of a restyling.
what have I done
For this project I simply adapted a design made for Squarespace by Margherita's graphic designer, using my HTML5 and CSS3 skills to translate it into a WordPress format.
Basing her business in London, Margherita wanted to change the aesthetic of her website to better mirror the taste of her European clientele, rather than an American one. Her original website was in fact inspired by American trends, as that's where yoga was mostly known when she started her career.
The new style of her website is rather more elegant and sober, presenting the contents in a visually engaging way and highlighting the calendar of her retreats and the yoga classes she holds in London.
